Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays. At this time, we are currently free to ship to limited countries listed on our website, other countries please email to cs@innovacera.com in advance.
Most of Innovamats’ product will ship from our factory warehouse. All free shipping products will ship via China Post.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our factory, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment, and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item, or canceling the backordered item.
